Erlo Gang / Multi spindle drills with fixed Table styles and adjustable style heads:
Sizes from 18 mm ( 5/8" ) to 70 mm ( 2 3/4" )

HH Roberts has been the exclusive Canadian agent for Erlo since 1967

These are drilling machines composed of several units installed on a common bed and working Table style. All the machines of our programme can be modified in order to adjust to the specific needs of each customer.
It is possible to combine on a BATTERY, units of different capacities or series of machines, being able to include in each of them a wide number of extra equipment. In the picture is a standard drilling head and a leadscrew tapping head.

BSR Series

The BSR Series are Geared head gang drills ( up to 6 heads) on a common cast T-Slotted Table style with capacities up to 30 mm or 1 1/8" and having a 256mm or 10" throat.

BTSR Series

The BTSR series are geared head gang drills ( up to 6 heads ) on a common cast T-slotted Table style. The machine shown to the left has power elevation of each head. Capacity is up to 35mm or 1 3/8" and the throat is 250mm / 10"

BTSAR and BTSER Series

The BTSAR and BTSER are geared head gang drills having up to 6 heads mounted on a common cast iron T-slotted base. The differ from the BTSR series above in that they have either mechanically (BTSAR) or electromagnetically (BTSER) clutched power feeds

BTC / BTCA /BTCE Series

The BTC series are heavier geared head gang drills having up to 6 heads mounted on a common cast iron T-slotted base. Capacities run from 25mm / 1" up to 70 mm / 2 3/4".

The BTC versions are manual feed.
The BTCA versions have power feeds with mechanical clutches.
The BTCE versions have power feeds with electromagnetic clutches.

BTBV/L Series

The BTBV/L series are the strongest models available having geared heads mounted on cast iron column with square slideways. The columns are fixed and the heads travel up and down on the slideways like the heads on vertical machining centers. They all have power feeds with either mechanical or electromagnetic clutches.
